It's important to note that I have stopped drinking sodas and now only drink water or green tea and I have NOT been exercising. I recommend to everyone who wants to lose weight to exercise at least 3 times per week but I have had severe pain in my feet and have been told to "limit my activity" until January 5th 2009 when I see my doctor again.
I am positive I would have lost double the weight but my lack of exercise has made it so it's only 9 pounds (not bad!!).
